We have and will continue to add security measures. Redemption is turned on; All members can only redeem through our web portal www.FloridaBlue.com (login required) and not through the Florida Blue phone app. If they do use the app they will be redirected to use the Web portal. Attached are the screenshots that will appear if a member attempts to log in through the Florida Blue app to redeem. Please remember not to use the app to access reward redemption at this time.
