Ameritas Dental Insurance offered through Cornerstone Benefits is available for employees and their family members on a pre-tax basis. This is a voluntary enrollment paid 100% by the employee. There are two plans (High/Low) to choose from. Newly hired employees may enroll during the first 30 days of employment. Existing employees, not currently enrolled, may only enroll during the annual open enrollment period or a special enrollment period (if a qualifying event occurs). The plan year runs January 1 - December 31 each year.

DV PLAN - DENTAL (DELTA) AND VISION (VSP) PLAN
The DV plan is a college sponsored Dental and Vision plan available only to CF full-time employees who are not enrolled in one of the CF health insurance plans. The DV plan is for employees who are currently covered by a health insurance plan outside the college and wish to continue on that plan and decline college sponsored health insurance. The DV plan covers employees only, no dependents, and is paid 100% by the college on a post-tax basis. Dental is offered through Delta Dental and Vision is offered through VSP vision. Newly hired employees may enroll during the first 30 days of employment. Existing employees, not currently enrolled, may only enroll during the annual open enrollment period or a special enrollment period (if a qualifying event occurs). The plan year runs January 1 – December 31 each year. If you are enrolled in one of the college sponsored health insurance plans and wish to enroll in dental or vision, you must elect the voluntary plans offered through Ameritas Dental and Vision.
