Tuition Fee Waiver: Submit application online at inside.cf.edu>Financial Aid>Application for Fee Waiver. Once received, Human Resources processes and, if approved, it is forwarded electronically to Financial Aid for final approval.

Tuition Reimbursement: Submit application to Danny Camacho with the Office of Professional Development for processing and, if approved, the employee will receive an email with additional instructions for completing the procedure once course is completed, with a grade C or higher. Funds are distributed in the order in which complete applications are received, including final grade report, until funds are depleted for that fiscal year. Employee should notify Danny Camacho with the Office of Professional Development as soon as possible in the event of a dropped course in order to be removed from the queue for that term. Employees may receive reimbursement for up to three terms per fiscal year, as long as funds are available.
SPD funds are available to support upper division undergraduate and graduate level tuition assistance for CF full-time employees, based upon the following guidelines: Employee Course Tuition Assistance Application
Incentives for Degree Attainment:
Individuals who have been employed full-time at CF for a minimum of one (1) year and who earn an initial college degree or a higher level degree (associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate) from a regionally accredited institution after July 1, 2021 will be eligible to receive a degree incentive adjustment to their salary upon completion; provided that the employee has received a review of satisfactory or higher on the most recent annual evaluation.
Upon completion of degree requirements, it is the employee’s responsibility to provide the Human Resources office with an official copy of their transcript showing that a new post-secondary degree has been awarded during the current fiscal year.
The effective date of the salary increase will be the first of the month following submission to and verification by the Human Resources office. The employee is only eligible for a degree incentive adjustment once every three (3) years from the date of the last increase regardless of how earned.
The incentive salary adjustment by degree level are:
Associate’s $ 500
Bachelor’s $1,000
Master’s $1,500
Doctorate $2,000
